We celebrated our sons birthday here yesterday and had the set menu. It was delicious and we all enjoyed the experience of cooking our own food and trying new flavours.

Took a few work friends to here on a debut trip and there wasn't a disappointed soul amongst us. Great atmosphere, inviting decor, welcoming and accommodating staff and the food was superb. It was my first time ever trying Korean food, and now I can understand why it's a central piece in Korean culture. Tasty, wholesome and very filling. The ability to cook your own food on the grill is definitely the highlight. I'll definitely come again.

This place does great Korean food in a nice little restaurant with a good atmosphere. The food is really good and having the option to cook it yourself on the grill is a good niche not found in other local restaurants. They also have a range of Korean alcohols available. It’s a little pricey if you want a full meal, however their set menu option is a good choice on this front. I would recommend booking in advance as they get very busy due to their small size.

A quaint indoor barbecue grill experience in Portsmouth Minimal menu option but majority I tried are good and at a reasonable price. Personal preference and go-to for ourselves is often the set barbecue and chicken noodle stir fry. We don't have barbecue often but it is one of our indulges within the month amongst other places in Hampshire. Atmosphere is so fun. Try it out one day, grill your own meat, have the side dishes. You might just love it.

First visit to Galbi this evening and thoroughly enjoyed the bbq experience. We love Korean food, so when we found out there is one in Portsmouth, we had to try it! And it did not disappoint. Price was very reasonable. My husband loved the kimchi side dish and daikon. Will definitely be back again soon!

Had an amazing dinner at Galbi Restaurant, and it did not disappoint! We started with the Army Stew, which was a huge portion—perfect for two people. You can even choose your meat to customize it to your liking! We also went for the Korean Fried Chicken, which was crispy and flavorful, paired with fresh pajeori (green onion salad) that added a great crunch. And don't forget the Chicken Bibimbap—a perfect balance of flavors and textures. To top it off, they threw in a free bowl of rice. Seriously, the food was delicious from start to finish. We’ll be back for sure!
